Description

Ginger in fresh or dry form is used in all the vegetables and other preparations to make it tastier. Immature fresh ginger after careful peeling /scraping is also consumed along with other salad by cutting small thin slices. It is grown at a height of 1500 m above sea level. Ginger from the high hills have high fiber content and superior dry products.
